Founded in 2011 by Dr. Akkineni Nageswara Rao, one of India’s most celebrated actors, AISFM’s academic advisory board comprises of influential names from both, the Indian film industry as well as Hollywood.
At AISFM we offer both, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in a variety of film, media and liberal arts subjects. We also offer the unique Master’s in Media Business Administration degree.
Furthermore, we have a slew of short courses that cover various crafts of filmmaking. These courses are swiftly becoming a huge success with working professionals looking to learn new skills, and even students hoping to get a head start on their degrees.
Located inside a 22-acre working film studio, AISFM provides students direct access to industry standard production facilities and technology. We place an immense importance on providing our students with a lively, vibrant and professional environment to learn and grow in.
