Admission Criteria & Eligibility

Required Documents:

  1. In order to issue your I-20 Certificate, you will need to provide the following documents.
  2. I-20 Questionnaire: Please download the I-20 Questionnaire here and you can either fax or email the completed questionnaire to one of the addresses at the bottom of this page.
  3. Financial Verification Form: Please download the Financial Verification Form here and you can either fax or email the completed document to the one of the addresses at the bottom of this page.
  4. Financial Documents: Provide either a current bank statement (as issued by the bank), a letter from a bank official certifying the amount on deposit, loan approval documents, proof of income from your sponsor, or other financial evidence that show that you have sufficient funds to pay the tuition and living expenses for your program. If any of the above documents are not in English, please provide a translation. In addition, if the amount is not in US dollars, please state the conversion of the currency and how you converted the amount.
  5. Passport Copy: Please provide a copy of the page of your passport with your photo and birth date.
